These Terms & Conditions govern promotional sweepstakes operated by THE PURPLE FLARE LLC ("Purple Flare", "Promoter", "we", "us", or "our"). DrawzOffers.com is an official promotional domain owned and operated exclusively by Purple Flare. All campaign management, data processing, and payment infrastructure are operated in-house by Purple Flare.

No purchase, payment, or financial transaction of any kind is necessary to enter or win any promotion. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. All promotions include a free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE), and AMOE entries have identical odds to any paid entry method.
Each promotional draw cycle runs for ninety (90) days from the start date published on the relevant promotion page. One winner is selected at the conclusion of each 90-day cycle. Purple Flare may extend, shorten, suspend, or terminate any promotion with reasonable notice where practicable.
Visit the official promotion page, complete the entry form with all required information, agree to these Terms & Conditions, and submit your entry using the designated button. Limit one (1) online entry per person per promotion period unless otherwise stated.
To enter without making a purchase, hand print the following information legibly on a plain 3" x 5" card: full legal name, complete U.S. mailing address, valid email address, phone number, date of birth, and the specific name of the promotion. Mail it separately in a hand-addressed, stamped envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the last day of the promotion period and received within seven (7) days thereafter.
Certain promotions may offer optional digital promotional content. Such purchases represent payment for digital goods and services delivered immediately upon purchase. A purchase is never required to enter or win and does not improve your chances of winning.
At the conclusion of each 90-day cycle, one (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid and eligible entries received during that cycle using a randomized selection process. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Potential winners will be notified by email and/or telephone. Purple Flare will make a minimum of three (3) contact attempts over five (5) days following the draw date. Potential winners may be required to complete eligibility, liability, publicity, and tax documentation before being declared an official winner.
Prizes will be shipped to the verified U.S. mailing address supplied by the winner following successful verification.
Purple Flare operates promotions directly but disclaims liability for the manner in which users are directed to the promotion pages, including traffic from affiliates, publishers, ad networks, email marketing sources, influencers, social platforms, push notifications, or other third-party channels. Any third-party claims inconsistent with these Terms are unauthorized and should be disregarded.
By entering any Purple Flare promotion, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data for administering the promotion, verifying eligibility, fulfilling prizes, and complying with legal obligations. Purple Flare does not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties for their independent marketing purposes. If you make an optional purchase and believe a charge was made in error, contact support@purple-flare.com before initiating a chargeback or banking dispute. Purple Flare will investigate legitimate billing inquiries in good faith and resolve valid disputes promptly.
All content on purple-flare.com and DrawzOffers.com, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Purple Flare or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Purple Flare and its related parties are not liable for technical failures, unauthorized access, prize delivery issues outside their control, third-party traffic source behavior, or indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
Purple Flare reserves the right to disqualify entrants who provide false information, use multiple identities, use automated methods, tamper with the promotion, disrupt operations, or violate applicable law.
Before initiating arbitration, you agree to first attempt informal resolution by contacting Purple Flare. If unresolved, disputes relating to these Terms or the services shall be resolved through final and binding individual arbitration governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and conducted by JAMS in Indiana unless otherwise agreed. Class actions and representative proceedings are waived.
Purple Flare shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, supply-chain disruptions, power outages, or third-party infrastructure failures.
Purple Flare may amend, modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law provisions. For matters not subject to arbitration, the state and federal courts located in Indiana have exclusive jurisdiction.
To request the name of a promotion winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Purple Flare - Winner List Request, Greenfield, IN 46140, USA, ATTN: [Promotion Name] Winners. Requests must be received within sixty (60) days after the applicable promotion period ends.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and applicable Official Rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and Purple Flare regarding participation in the promotion. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
